School's Back...But Summer Will Be Here Before You Know It! Brand-new Tweens program to classic camp fun - Apollo 2.0 has it all!
Residents of the Plainview-Old Bethpage School District can be registered Apollo 2.0. Children must be registered by their parents or legal guardians.

Monday, July 6, 2026 through Friday, August 14, 2026

Parent orientation will be held in May 2026. Parents will receive updated information as the camp season gets closer. Feel free to reach out with questions at the camp phone number or email address at any time during the off-season.
Camp activities include, but are not limited to: field trips, arts and crafts, dance, music, game rooms, indoor gym, outdoor field activities, basketball, volleyball, kickball, option period, Carnival, Busto's Karate, STEM activities, special events and programs, and swimming instruction, as well as time for free swim.
Please note: If there are not enough campers to form a group, campers may be grouped with another grade level group.
PRE-KINDERGARTEN children who will be 5 years of age by December 31, 2026, will be accepted in the camp program, but must show proof of age.

Parents must supply lunch and a drink (refrigeration available). The camp will provide a snack during the day for all campers.
Out of caution and concern for campers who have nut allergies, we request that foods containing nuts are not sent to camp. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Fees include medical insurance coverage, camp tee shirt, an afternoon snack and all trip admissions, where applicable.
Each camper is provided with an accident insurance policy through Apollo 2.0. Please note that New York No-Fault Law requires that you make medical claims against your own insurance company if any family member is injured in a vehicle.
Transportation to and from camp is NOT provided.
Before and after hours are available upon request, at a low cost.
The camper medical form MUST BE ON FILE IN THE CAMP OFFICE BEFORE CAMP STARTS, OR BY STATE LAW YOUR CHILD IS PROHIBITED FROM ATTENDING CAMP.
MEDICALS MUST BE AN UPDATED YEARLY PHYSICAL.

The Public Health Law in relation to children’s camps has been amended to require that operators of children’s camps within the State include on the camper’s enrollment application form and/or contract form a written statement which declares:
a. That such camp is required to be permitted to operate by the Nassau County Department of Health;
b. That such camp is required to be inspected twice yearly; and
c. The inspection reports concerning such camps are filed at, 200 County Seat Drive; Mineola, NY 11501
